ORDER: To confirm the order, simply follow the normal purchase procedure, the order will be considered confirmed once the payment has been made. By submitting your order you declare that you have fully read and understood all the details of the selected service.
Once the Order has been confirmed, Sightseeing will send you your Ticket via email, inside you will find all the information regarding the meeting point and how to redeem your Ticket.
PAYMENT AND ORDER CONFIRMATION: Before sending the Order, you are required to provide the information to process your payment using the payment method selected from those available (for example, credit card information). Your order will be considered confirmed once the transaction has been completed and approved.
PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PURCHASE: natural persons of legal age and legal persons.
TICKET: once your order has been confirmed, you will receive the Ticket, this Ticket can be shown on a smartphone if explicitly indicated in the Service Information Sheet, otherwise it must be printed and presented at the meeting point, in the second case the Ticket will not paper may not be accepted, therefore the customer will not be able to use the service and no refund will be due.
FRAUDULENT PURCHASES: if a purchase is considered fraudulent, Florentia Bus has the right to cancel the order relating to this purchase

ACTIVITY INFORMATION AND PRICES: The prices are indicated in the detail of the service, are expressed in euros and always include VAT. By purchasing a Product, you accept and approve the relevant Terms of Service, including the Supplier's policy on cancellation and for those who do not use the purchased products ("no-show"), and any additional conditions that the Supplier may apply to your reservation or during your visit
CANCELLATIONS: each service adopts a different cancellation policy, it is possible to consult the cancellation policies in the information sheet of the service. Requests for cancellations can be sent to info@florentiabus.it indicating

BOOKING CHANGES: it is possible to request some changes to the booking such as a date change or rate change, all requests for changes can be sent to info@florentiabus.it these will be accepted at the sole discretion of Florentia Bus and/or the Supplier. The request must contain the following information:
- Booking number
- Travel date
- Passenger name
- Service purchased
- Type of change you want to make
COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS: complaints and refund requests must be sent to info@florentiabus.it no later than 10 days from the travel date, these will be accepted at the sole discretion of Florentia Bus and/or the Supplier. The request must contain the following information:
- Booking number
- Travel date
- Passenger name
- Service purchased
- Reason for the complaint/request as detailed as possible
No refunds are granted for those who do not show up or show up late at the meeting point ('no show').
CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES BY THE SUPPLIER DUE TO FORCE MAJEURE: the supplier may modify, even with short notice, its service for reasons of force majeure (by way of example but not limited to: earthquakes, floods, strikes, road closures, changes in traffic , pandemics, acts of God etc…).

LIABILITY: Florentia Bus will not be liable for personal injury, illness, property damage or any other loss (direct or indirect) or expense arising from the actions of suppliers, transport companies, hotels or other suppliers who directly or indirectly supply services via Florentia Bus unless such loss is due to the negligence or default of Florentia Bus.
Florentia Bus will not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following circumstances include: acts of God, outbreak of hostilities, riots, civil disturbances, acts of terrorism, revolutions, acts of any government or authority (including but not limited to the refusal or revocation of any license or permit), fire, flood, epidemic, lightning, explosion, fog or severe weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovation work undertaken by accommodation providers, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, blockades.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Florentia Bus excludes its own liability, and that of its agents and independent collaborators as well as the employees and representatives of Florentia Bus, their agents and independent collaborators, as well as their sub-agents and distributors, for damages relating to access of Users (or inability to access) the Website, or for any errors or omissions, or for the results obtained from the use of the Website, regardless of the legal basis for any such liability, with the exception of liability for damages caused willfully or gross negligence to the extent required by applicable law. PROVIDER'S LIABILITY: The provider is responsible for its services in accordance with applicable law.
GIFT VOUCHER: by purchasing a gift voucher, you purchase a voucher of a certain value which must be spent on our website www.florentiabus.it according to the conditions indicated in the information sheet. The code contained on the gift voucher can be used to deduct the amount of this from a future order, the voucher cannot be presented at the meeting point of a service to use the service.
