As soon as possible. Consider that our work has periods of high and low season. In low season you will easily find free buses at short notice. In high season the availability of vehicles can run out already weeks or months before the periods of interest.

Are there infants/toddlers - Can they be held?

On board the bus the highway code applies, so no. They are worth as much as an adult in the count of passengers allowed on board the bus.

You will have to organize the shipment independently with the courier / shipping service you prefer. Once we receive from you the courier's waybill, we will take care of packing the same for shipping.
